Team

The care coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the overall care provided to clients. They assess client needs, develop care plans, match caregivers, and oversee the implementation of services. They act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families.

Caregivers are the individuals who directly provide assistance and support to clients in their homes. They are trained professionals who can assist with personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, and other non-medical tasks as needed.

In some cases, an RN may be part of our team to provide additional expertise and support. The nurse may be involved in client assessments, care plan development, and providing guidance to caregivers when it comes to specific medical conditions or concerns.

The client services manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our agency. They handle administrative tasks, ensure compliance with regulations and policies, manage scheduling, and address any client concerns or inquiries.

These professionals are responsible for training and continuing education of our caregivers. They ensure that our team members are up to date on best practices, safety protocols, and any specialized care techniques required.

Our administrative support staff assists with various administrative tasks such as managing paperwork, scheduling appointments, handling billing, and maintaining client records.
